Calculating the required clinker
The Hagemeister quantity calculator makes it easier for you to determine the clinker requirements for a construction project in a clear and concise form, taking into account all basic details.
The striking graphics explain every single step and the checklist-like structure guides you point by point through the calculation phases. This will lead you to a definite amount of clinker and the resulting number of pallets (rounded up to full pallets to compensate for breakage and crushing).
The usual defined clinker formats (NF/DF/ 2DF/ WF/ ModF 290...) and a horizontal joint width of 12.5 mm and a head joint width of 10 mm are assumed in order to define the requirement per m². The usual Hagemeister pallet load figures are also used as a basis as well as the common masonary patterns.
