Collectively agreed benefits 

Our wages are based on the collective agreement of the German brick-making industry and include exemplary social benefits, holiday pay, an annual bonus and capital-forming payments.

Leave 

Each member of staff receives 30 days of paid leave from their third year of employment onwards. 
These days of leave can be scheduled individually and irrespective of company holidays.

Pension scheme 

Every member of staff deserves a good livelihood, both now and in retirement. This is why we are a strong supporter of private retirement provisions in the form of company pension schemes.

Flexibility

Onboarding

Andrea Kramer – Head of Quality Management / Laboratory Manager

Here at Hagemeister, I am completely fascinated by clay material on a day-to-day basis. The process from soil as a raw material to high-quality clinker bricks and then to a significant building component is an absolute phenomenon. In my daily work in the factory, I am also fascinated by the wide variety of tasks performed, the flexibility within the different areas of work and the exchanges with the many teams involved in the process.

Markus Handrup – Sales

For me, designing clinker brick architecture is also always about designing living environments for and with people. As a partner and adviser, I provide architects and constructors with ideas, advice and expertise day after day so that they can transform their ideas into future-proof buildings.

Johannes Beusker - Product-Management

Working in our clinker brick factory allows me to work on the product up close and in person every day. Be it brainstorming with the architects in the showroom, directly moulding the bricks at the press or monitoring the kiln in the factory hall, I am always involved in the creative design process behind our clinker bricks – and always while enjoying the friendly working atmosphere and team spirit here at our location in the Münster region.

Training &
–internships

At our company, trainees are not just stuck at the bottom of the hierarchy but are instead considered to be an important part of the team, deserving of a well-organised and clearly structured training plan. We get you ready for working life and provide you with a solid foundation and excellent prospects for advancing up the career ladder with us. We also offer the option of completing an internship first so that you can find out more about yourself and your abilities.
